Store Policy

Appointments & Scheduling

Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations: We request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a full charge of the service fee.

Payments & Refunds

Accepted Payments: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and major mobile payment platforms. 

Refunds: Services are non-refundable. 

Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable. They can be used for any service or product in the store.

Purchase of Service Packages

Package Options: We offer various service packages that include multiple sessions at a discounted rate. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable: All service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Validity: Each package has an expiration date, which is 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date.

Products & Retail

Retail Purchases: All product sales are final. If a product is defective, please return it within 7 days with the original receipt for a store credit.

Allergies: Please inform our staff of any allergies or sensitivities before using any products or receiving any treatments.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide for appointments, payments, or communications will be kept confidential and used only for the intended purposes.

Liability

The store is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who violates our policies, behaves inappropriately, or does not adhere to safety guidelines.
